Wireframe overlays with existing features help to show how the views have been verified. As proposed rendered views show the proposal as built. If advance planting is required to mitigate the impact of the proposals, an additional view can be included to show 5 or 10 years of tree/hedge growth.

Panorama Photomontage Sheets

We visit the site and take photographs/ panoramas, from agreed viewpoints, in accordance with the Landscape Institute's guidance, create a 3D model which is correctly overlaid in able to present the view as existing and as proposed.
